Job summary

Centimark Corporation is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to support our Northern PA region. The role focuses on account development and maintenance through sales of our commercial roofing systems, with a base pay of $80k plus commissions and premier benefits.

The candidate will develop and maintain accounts via cold calling, telemarketing, and targeted marketing, presenting proposals and conducting site inspections across commercial/industrial environments in the territory.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required.
• 2-3 years of territory and account development experience is required.
• Demonstrate solid qualifying and closing ability as well as a history of sales success.
• Ability to work successfully both individually and within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accounts through existing accounts, cold calling/prospecting, telemarketing lead follow up, target marketing and business development meetings.
• Sales activities include new and existing account development, site inspections, proposal deliveries, and material demonstrations.
• Sales calls deal directly with end-users such as plant managers, plant engineers, and maintenance managers.
• Primary sales focus is on various commercial/industrial environments throughout the territory.
