Apploi is seeking a Regional Director of Clinical Operations to lead clinical services across multiple nursing home facilities within a designated region in the United States. The role focuses on strategic planning, staff development, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance to elevate patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in clinical operations management within long-term care, exceptional leadership, and the ability to travel as required.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical operations management, preferably in a long-term care or nursing home setting.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee clinical operations across multiple nursing home facilities within the region.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care.
• Monitor and evaluate clinical performance and quality assurance programs.
• Provide leadership and support to clinical staff, including training and professional development.
• Collaborate with facility administrators and directors of nursing to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess and improve clinical operations.
• Address and resolve any clinical issues or concerns promptly.

We are looking for a dynamic RN, with a minimum of 5 years of Director of Nursing experience, must be a skilled nursing facility, to join our regional clinical team in supporting of communities. Only candidates with this experience will be considered.
