Job summary

Outcome HC is seeking a Regional Director of Nursing (DON) / Nurse Consultant to lead compliance and clinical operations across regional SNFs. You will supervise nursing staff, review documentation for regulatory adherence, and drive quality care initiatives in collaboration with DONs and interdisciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes risk-based compliance, investigations, and development of standardized SOPs to ensure transparent, ethical practices and resident rights protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Seven years' technical experience preferred.
• Five years' experience leading health care regulatory and compliance functions preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of SNF regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations of SNFs ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Conduct documentation reviews for accuracy and best practices.
• Develop clinical systems and practices with DON, ensuring quality care.
• Provide leadership in nurse management and staff collaboration.
• Advocate for resident rights and patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Lead risk assessments and establish SOPs for compliance.
• Direct investigations and coordinate corrective actions for violations.
