Job summary

Healthcare Nursing Center is seeking a Regional Director of Clinical Services to oversee clinical operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities. You will lead facility Directors of Nursing and clinical teams to ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.

Key focus areas include CMS regulations, survey readiness, performance metrics, staff development, and regional travel to provide on-site coaching and support.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with active, unencumbered license.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing leadership experience in long-term care/rehab, including at least 2 years in regional/multi-site roles.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical best practices, CMS regulations, and survey processes.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel regionally as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, oversight, and guidance to facility Directors of Nursing and clinical teams.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, CMS regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor clinical performance metrics, identify trends, and implement action plans for improvement.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of nursing leadership staff.
• Lead and assist with survey readiness and manage responses to deficiencies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes and quality of care.
• Travel regularly to assigned facilities to provide on-site support and coaching.
