Job summary

Mercy is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for the Regional Float Pool, with opportunities to work across multiple facilities in the St. Louis region.

This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and various shift differentials for night and weekend work. Candidates will benefit from comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage from day one, as well as education assistance and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain an RN license in the hiring state.
• One year recent bed-side RN experience for Med Surg.
• Two years recent bed-side RN experience for ICU and other specialties.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Float to multiple hospitals and departments as needed.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams across the St. Louis region.
