Legacy Healthcare in the Twin Cities metro, Minnesota, is seeking a visionary Vice President of Clinical Services to lead our clinical operations across multiple assisted living communities. This senior role partners with regional leaders and executive leadership to drive quality, compliance, workforce development, and resident outcomes.

The ideal candidate is an experienced RN with 7+ years of multi-site leadership in long-term care, Minnesota license or eligibility to obtain it, and a proven

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Minnesota or able to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive clinical leadership experience.
• Multi-site leadership experience in assisted living, senior living, long-term care, or post-acute care.
• Strong knowledge of Minnesota assisted living regulations and survey processes.
• Demonstrated success leading clinical quality initiatives and managing regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the Twin Cities metro and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations across multiple assisted living communities.
• Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Monitor quality metrics and implement continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Regional Nurses and community clinical leaders.
• Partner with Operations leadership to improve resident outcomes and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee survey readiness and support communities during state inspections.
• Develop strategies to improve clinical performance, staffing stability, and retention.
• Assist with acquisitions, new community openings, and clinical integration efforts.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and organizational growth.
• Foster a culture of accountability, compassion, and clinical excellence.
