Job summary

RegalCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead clinical program development and partnerships across its Massachusetts facilities. You will design programs, review complex referrals with clinical judgment, and work with hospital systems and post-acute partners to improve outcomes and growth.

The role requires Massachusetts RN licensure, 3–5 years of post-acute experience, and strong data-driven communication to executives and external partners. Travel across MA sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience in skilled nursing or post-acute.
• Experience with external-facing relationships is a plus.
• Willingness to travel across Massachusetts facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate clinical programs across RegalCare facilities to support census growth and quality outcomes.
• Serve as the clinical decision point for complex/high-acuity referrals and coordinate with admissions and physicians to enable timely admission decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospital systems, ACOs, and other partners to grow referral volume and RegalCare's reputation.
• Collect, track, and analyze clinical and referral data to measure program performance and inform leadership decisions.
