Job summary

RegalCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead clinical program development and drive growth through partnerships across the continuum of care in Massachusetts. This role sits at the intersection of clinical leadership and business development, responsible for designing programs, evaluating referrals, and using data to improve outcomes.

Travel to multiple facilities across MA will be required, and you will report to the Chief Operating Officer.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license required.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience in skilled nursing/post-acute care or related setting; supervisory or program leadership preferred.
• Knowledge of PDPM, MDS, and post-acute referral/admissions processes.
• Experience with external-facing relationship building (hospital liaisons, business development, or case management a plus).
• Comfort interpreting data to guide clinical and operational decisions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to represent Regalcare to external partners.
• Ability to travel across Massachusetts facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate clinical programs across Regalcare facilities to strengthen quality outcomes and census growth.
• Partner with facility clinical leadership to operationalize new programs and ensure consistent execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospital systems, ACOs, physician groups, and other partners to grow referral volume.
• Collect, track, and analyze clinical and referral data to identify trends and inform decisions.
