Ascentria Care Alliance seeks a Regional Nurse Consultant (RN) to partner with skilled nursing communities across Massachusetts and Connecticut. This position requires an active RN license in MA/CT, 5+ years of nursing leadership, and 3+ years as Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing setting, with strong CMS regulatory expertise.
