Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fraud, abuse, or cybercrime risk roles.
• Experience coordinating with BPOs and external partners.
• Ability to own regional risk decisions and thresholds.
• Strong analytical and information-gathering capabilities.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Own regional risk processes and monitor fraud across regional operations.
• Lead investigations into suspicious activity and coordinate incident response.
• Design scalable BPO workflows and SOPs to automate tasks.
• Collaborate with product, data, and security teams to align risk with business goals.
• Define AI opportunities and supervise model outputs and prompts.
