Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Risk Management, Trust & Safety, or Anti-Fraud within large-scale technology ecosystems.
• Proficiency in SQL with ability to autonomously extract insights and risk signals from large-scale datasets.
• Strong understanding of machine learning principles and evaluating model performance (e.g., Precision, Recall, AUC).
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM applications, including Prompt Engineering and orchestration of AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end risk defense roadmap and domain ownership across global markets.
• Drive AI-driven risk operations via prompts and agent workflows to automate decision-making.
• Perform RCA on strategy performance and model health; adjust thresholds to balance risk and growth.
• Translate complex risk logic into scalable product roadmaps and technical specifications.
