Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Global Risk Strategy Product Manager to own the end-to-end risk defense lifecycle, from problem definition to impact validation, leveraging data-driven insights and AI technologies to build scalable risk frameworks.

You will collaborate with regional teams and technical stakeholders to protect the ecosystem, drive cross-functional execution across Data, Algorithm, Engineering, and Operations, and shape global playbooks. The role demands strong ownership and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Risk Management, Trust & Safety, or Anti-Fraud within large-scale technology ecosystems.
• Proficiency in SQL to autonomously extract insights and risk signals from large-scale datasets.
• Strong understanding of machine learning principles and evaluating model performance (Precision, Recall, AUC).
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM applications, including Prompt Engineering and orchestration of AI agents.
• Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate across Business, Data, Engineering, and Operations.
• A self-starter with ownership and data-backed decisions in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Domain Ownership: Lead the strategic roadmap for global risk domains and implement systemic defense frameworks.
• AI & Agent Orchestration: Drive risk operations transformation through AI and agentic workflows.
• Advanced Data Attribution: Conduct RCA on strategy performance and model health; adjust thresholds as needed.
• Global Scalability & Implementation: Translate risk logic into global playbooks and QA benchmarks.
• Technical Bridge & Execution: Translate risk requirements into scalable roadmaps and coordinate cross-functional teams.
