Qualifications

  • Five years teaching experience in traditional district/charter.
  • Three years in campus admin, district central office, and/or ESC level.
  • Experience leading professional development.
  • Experience coordinating multi-department collaborative efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate the activities of the RISE & SI department.
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities with implementation plans and timelines.
  • Align the RISE initiative with state frameworks and school improvement strategies.
  • Oversee implementation of the RISE initiative across participating schools and LEAs.
  • Track performance metrics and maintain dashboards for progress reporting.
