Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree, a Texas Educator Certificate, and substantial experience in education leadership. The role offers a salary range of $86,743 to $103,883 per year.

Qualifications

• Five years teaching experience in a traditional district/charter school.
• Three years of experience in campus administration, district central office, and/or ESC level experience.
• Experience and expertise in coaching and providing technical assistance to ESC, campus and/or district leaders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and execute required activities for the RISE team.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities to ensure alignment with established implementation plans.
• Maintain documentation of department activities to meet all internal programmatic and fiscal requirements.

Skills

Extensive knowledge of school leadership and turnaround efforts

Experience in developing and presenting professional development

Ability to build rapport with both internal and external customers

Exemplary written and oral communication skills

Education

Master’s degree

Texas Educator Certificate

Mid-management or Supervisory Certificate
