Commonwealth of VA Careers is seeking a senior Right of Way leader to steer the Office across the assigned region and coordinate with cross‑regional teams. You will set goals, oversee budgets, and ensure timely delivery of right of way for transportation projects, working closely with the Regional manager and other stakeholders.

The role emphasizes program guidance, project reviews, legal considerations, and coordination with FHWA and local governments to meet schedules and obligations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage, and provide programmatic direction for the Right of Way Office in assigned region.
• Support the Right of Way Division on special projects that span across multiple regions.
• Establish long and short-range goals to ensure completion of assigned projects on schedule and in alignment with the Agency’s mission and values.
• Ensure successful and timely delivery of right of way for transportation construction and maintenance projects.
• Assist Regional manager with various activities as assigned.
