Job summary

Bowman seeks a Right of Way Supervisor to lead the ROW team in Manassas or Richmond, VA, coordinating with agents, engineers, and clients to deliver projects on schedule and budget. You will train and mentor staff and manage workload for the assigned team.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent ROW experience, 5+ years in ROW-related work, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Proficiency with MS Office and a valid driver’s license is expected. Benefits included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent ROW work experience required.
• 5+ years in land, ROW, easement, title research, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years ROW supervision experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ROW acquisition, permitting, due diligence, and public relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the ROW team and ensure project delivery on schedule and budget.
• Assist field agents with on-site assessments of ROW and utility properties.
• Manage daily assignments, track results, and report progress regularly.
• Oversee timesheet reviews, employee evaluations, and staff development.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, COS, and other stakeholders.
