Job summary

Sandpiper Property Management in the United States seeks a Regional Revenue Manager to drive revenue, maximize profits, and implement pricing strategies across our ESA managed portfolio of extended stay hotels.

You will lead rate strategy, inventory controls, forecasting, budgeting, and weekly revenue strategy meetings, reporting to the Corporate Director of Revenue Management. This role demands strong analytics and cross-functional leadership to sustain growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 3+ years of experience in revenue management, preferably in extended stay markets.
• Strong analytical skills and market knowledge.
• Ability to develop and implement rate and inventory strategies.

Responsibilities

• Set and monitor rate strategies across the portfolio.
• Maximize RevPAR and market share through pricing and inventory controls.
• Develop and manage short- and long-term revenue forecasts and budgets.
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports.
