Job summary

UnityPoint Health is seeking a Regional Director of Revenue Integrity to lead revenue cycle performance across facilities in their region. The role focuses on implementing continuous improvement and maintaining collaborative relationships with regional facilities to adopt best-practice processes.

Responsibilities include leading complex Revenue Cycle projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, and partnering with regional CFOs to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Health Information Management or other related field.
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• 5 years of related experience in the revenue cycle or finance.
• 5 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex Revenue Cycle projects, working with key stakeholders across UnityPoint Health.
• Deliver financial results through process improvement initiatives aligned with organizational strategy.
• Coordinate and implements revenue cycle initiatives, assembling resources when necessary.
• Maintain KPI’s and performance monitoring for Revenue Cycle across facilities.
