Job summary

Paychex is seeking an Internal Wholesaler to increase 401(k) sales through Financial Advisors and Registered Investment Advisors. You will prospect, educate, and manage advisor partnerships across the regional market to grow referrals and assets under management.

Responsibilities include collaborating with Field Sales, attending conferences, and making independent acquisition decisions to drive profitability. A Series 6 and 63 license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5 years of retirement plan sales experience.
• Series 6 license required and Series 63 license required.
• Sales and forecasting skills preferred.
• Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase 401(k) sales and assets via advisor partnerships in the designated region.
• Prospect, build and manage relationships/partnerships to boost referrals.
• Collaborate on deal strategy with Field Sales, provide competitive analysis.
• Make independent client acquisition decisions impacting profitability.
• Meet productivity-based metrics to drive quota attainment.
• Attend broker/dealer conferences to drive referrals.
• Conduct virtual meetings with advisors to strengthen relationships.
• Educate advisors on Paychex Retirement Services to grow 401(k) sales.
