Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Retirement Services Internal Wholesaler to expand 401(k) sales by engaging Financial Advisors and RIAs. You will build partnerships, drive referrals, and work with the Field Sales team to enhance market presence in the retirement space.

You will prospect, educate, and support advisors on the Paychex Retirement Services platform, collaborating on pricing decisions and strategy to meet regional quotas and growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 5 years of retirement plan sales experience.
• Series 6 and Series 63 licenses required.
• Sales experience and prospecting skills are essential.
• Familiarity with Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in 401(k) sales and assets from Financial Advisors and RIAs in the designated region.
• Act as SME to advisory community, building and managing partnerships to increase referrals and sales.
• Collaborate on deal strategy with Field Sales, provide competitive analysis, assist in pricing decisions.
• Independently make client acquisition decisions impacting unit profitability.
• Meet productivity metrics to boost Field Sales quota attainment.
• Attend broker/ dealer conferences to drive referrals and establish advisor contacts.
• Conduct virtual meetings with advisors to support existing relationships.
• Identify and educate advisors on Paychex Retirement Services platform to increase 401(k) sales.
