ZEISS Meditec Inc. is looking for a Regional Surgical Specialist based in New York to align sales and marketing activities with ZEISS’s strategic business objectives. You will work autonomously to maximize market share and revenue for ZEISS and DORC products in the USA.

The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of commercial experience in the retina sector, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build robust relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and major accounts.

• 5+ years of commercial/sales experience engaging retina surgical KOLs, key accounts, and academic facilities.
• Proven track record of increasing market share, revenue, and profitability.
• Ability to work effectively and cooperatively within a global company.

• Support the US commercial team to maximize market share, revenue, and profitability.
• Develop and execute the USA sales strategy and operational plans.
• Facilitate harmonization between US Sales and marketing activities.
• Increase brand loyalty in key accounts regionally.
• Negotiate contracts with key clients/accounts.
