Qualifications

• 5+ years commercial/sales experience in the retina sector engaging retina surgical KOLs.
• Proven track record of increasing market share and profitability.
• Ability to effectively work within a global company.

• Support the US commercial team to maximize market share and revenue.
• Develop and execute the USA sales strategy and operational plans.
• Increase awareness and loyalty of ZEISS and DORC brands in key accounts.
