Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead retail projects across the assigned market. You will oversee electronic fixture installations, display builds, remodels, store setups, and merchandising programs, coordinating with store leadership to meet client standards.

You will travel within the market and nearby areas as needed, coaching field staff and ensuring safety and quality in every project. A strong emphasis on planograms and timely execution is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience completing and leading electronic display builds and installation projects
• Experience in planogram reset and/or merchandising
• Experience leading, training, or directing the work of field associates; formal or informal lead experience

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee retail fixture installations and complex electronic display builds
• Lead new store setups, remodels, and other large-scale retail projects
• Execute and coordinate store resets, reflows, and merchandising programs
• Partner with store management to resolve issues and ensure successful project outcomes
• Ensure adherence to client specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols
