Job summary

UFCU is seeking a Retail Regional Manager, Satellite Branches to lead and coordinate activities across multiple financial centers in Texas. You will oversee satellite branches, including Mobile, Campus, and Area teams, ensuring exceptional service, operational consistency, and strong sales results.

The role requires strategic leadership, team development, and a focus on Total Member Experience (TME) with a track record of driving profitability and growth in a financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5–7 years of management/leadership experience in financial services or retail.
• 5–7 years of experience in financial services, banking, or retail sales/service.
• Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Leads multi-branch operational performance, ensuring sales and service standards.
• Supports day-to-day operations across assigned centers and ensures compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identifies operational improvements and partners with leadership to implement enhancements.
• Analyzes performance data to improve efficiency, staffing, profitability, and member growth.
• Partners with Branch Managers to maintain lobby readiness and strong member experience.
