Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. in Naples, FL seeks a Retail Regional Manager to partner with the Chief Retail Banking Officer to grow the bank’s sales program and enhance customer experience across the Naples market.

You will train and coach branch staff, set branch sales plans, monitor performance, and collaborate with operations to ensure compliance and efficiency. Bachelor's degree or banking experience preferred; pay depends on knowledge and location.

Qualifications

• College degree (Business preferred) or equivalent banking experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities in a retail banking environment.
• Ability to develop and execute sales plans and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop a cohesive retail team aligned with the Bank’s strategy and core values.
• Set daily/weekly sales plans with Branch Management.
• Report sales and performance results to Senior Retail Management.
• Mentor, coach and support Sales Team; assist in setting goals and accountability.
• Prepare branch staff for advancement; ensure compliance and readiness.
• Lead weekly regional sales meetings and monitor program results.
• Support new account follow-up, prospecting opportunities, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Retail Operations to improve efficiency and accuracy of procedures.
