Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking an energetic Retail Regional Manager for the Naples, FL Kraft Rd location. The role partners with the Chief Retail Banking Officer to grow the bank’s sales program, improve customer experience, and coach regional sales teams to achieve objectives.

The position emphasizes team leadership, coaching, and implementing sales strategies, with a focus on compliance, training, and sustained growth across branches in the region.

Qualifications

• College degree; business degree preferred or equivalent banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops a cohesive retail team aligned with the Bank’s strategic plan and core values.
• Sets daily and weekly sales plans for the branch and individual staff, in coordination with Branch Management.
• Reports sales and performance results weekly to Senior Retail Management.
• Supports, mentors, and coaches Sales Team to meet targets.
• Assists Branch Management in setting sales goals and ensuring accountability for sales and referrals.
• Helps staff advance within the organization and maintains product knowledge across markets.
• Plans weekly regional sales meetings and monitors program performance.
• Collaborates on calling programs, new account follow-ups, and prospecting opportunities.

Education

College Degree; Business preferred or equivalent banking experience.
