Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a seasoned Area Manager to lead multiple stores within the designated operating area with full P&L responsibility and alignment to company goals. You will drive area sales growth, ensure exceptional customer service, and implement efficient inventory and merchandising practices while planning effective store scheduling and development of store teams.

Travel weekly in company vehicle is required.

Qualifications

• Four+ years retail management with P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Big-box retail management or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong leadership and results orientation.
