Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a high-impact Area Manager to lead multiple store teams in the Phoenix, AZ region. You will be accountable for full P&L, store performance, and execution of company objectives across the area.

You will recruit, develop and direct employees, ensure customer service excellence, and coordinate merchandising, inventory, and scheduling to maximize sales and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership with P&L responsibility across multi-unit retail operations.
• Ability to analyze operating statements, budgets and inventory data to improve performance.
• Experience balancing customer service with cost control in fast-paced retail.
• Proven capability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
