Job summary

Qualifications

• Four+ years retail management experience with P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Big-box retail management and/or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams to meet or exceed sales targets and provide superior customer service.
• Manage area operations with focus on inventory, scheduling and cost controls.
• Develop talent through recruitment, training and performance management.
• Communicate divisional and regional priorities to store teams clearly and consistently.
• Travel weekly in company vehicle with overnight stays; valid driver's license required.
