Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee MAPs and ensure execution of sales targets across stores.
• Lead sales, underperformance, and operations training during visits and sessions.
• Support regional development through shadowing and coaching.
• Plan meetings with store leadership and drive timely agendas.
• Monitor daily sales activities and share updates across teams.
• Communicate goals, initiatives, and updates to leadership groups.
• Review and implement new sales items and initiatives.
• Manage event requests and coordinate with marketing partners.
• Review store compliance and cash handling procedures.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and employee performance reviews.
• Coach on performance and incentive plans during visits.
• Maximize downtime with sales, training, and marketing tasks.
• Shadow customer interactions and intervene when needed.
• Assist with new hire training and timeline tracking.
• Oversee B2B partnerships and operations management.
• Monitor store opening processes and issue resolution.
• Inspect store compliance with standards and merchandising.
• Ensure accurate communications and portal activity.
• Prepare weekly agendas and manage after-hours issues.
• Recognize employee achievements and maintain engagement.
