You will collaborate with national retailers, architects, consultants, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule and on budget, traveling regularly within the region and guiding projects from lease through store opening.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of project management experience in commercial retail construction, tenant improvements, or shopping center development.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects within occupied centers and with national/regional retailers.
• Strong understanding of retail tenant buildouts, landlord work, scheduling, and store openings.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of retail construction projects including tenant improvements and redevelopment.
• Serve as primary construction partner for tenants from lease execution through store opening.
• Manage landlord work and tenant improvements to meet lease obligations on time and budget.
• Coordinate with national, regional, and local retailers to support project delivery and openings.
• Review and negotiate construction-related lease exhibits and provide input during lease negotiations.
• Oversee due diligence, design review, permitting, entitlements, and consultant coordination.
• Direct architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to meet quality, schedule, and budget goals.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Property Management, Leasing, Development, Legal, and Finance to align project goals.
• Support capital improvement projects that enhance customer experience and property performance.
• Maintain regular stakeholder communication with status updates.
