Job summary

Wings Over in Upstate New York is seeking an energetic Assistant District Manager & Trainer to lead and develop restaurant teams across the region. You will coach leaders, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold Wings Over standards during busy periods.

The role requires travel to multiple locations, hands-on leadership, and a focus on growing future leaders while maintaining high quality and safety in every service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of food service experience, including at least 1 year in a fast-casual or quick-service restaurant (QSR) environment.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability and willingness to travel between Wings Over restaurant locations throughout Upstate New York.
• Confidence managing restaurant operations independently.
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant teams across Upstate New York and coach future leaders.
• Train today, develop tomorrow's leaders through hands-on coaching.
• Ensure Wings Over standards, guest experience, and food safety.
• Travel between locations to support operations.
• Handle line duties during peak periods.
