Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings GO in the New York metropolitan area seeks a District Manager to oversee 5–8 locations, develop Store Managers, and ensure operational excellence, financial performance, and guest satisfaction across the district. This on-site leadership role requires scheduling, training, coaching, and implementing company strategies while maintaining brand standards.

You’ll manage travel, staffing, and performance metrics, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Must keep cell phone on at all times for emergency response.
• Must possess a NYC Food Handler’s Certificate and obtain within 45 days.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Financial and sales management experience.
• HR experience (hiring, training, staff management). Able to resolve employee conflicts.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle for transportation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Work Schedule: Minimum 5 days / 50 hours per week in-store and 1 day remote for admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple store locations, manage Store Managers, and ensure standards.
• Hire, train, and monitor performance; implement company strategies.
• Maintain brand consistency and customer satisfaction across the district.
• Visit stores, manage operations, and be on-call for emergencies.
• Create and track operating and financial action plans per store.
• Assist with new store openings and staff training.
• Ensure schedules are posted in advance and meet sales demand.
