Job summary

Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya partners with Kizuki International LLC to appoint a District Manager overseeing multiple Seattle-area restaurants. The role demands a strong, hands-on leadership presence with a focus on profitability, guest satisfaction, and team development.

The District Manager will work closely with the Assistant Director of Operations and Director of Operations to ensure standards are met, financial targets are reached, and operational excellence is achieved across all locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience in high-volume or full-service settings.
• 2+ years of multi-unit leadership (preferred).
• Proven ability to coach and develop General Managers and teams.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L, budgeting, and cost controls.
• Willingness to travel regularly between Seattle-area locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple Kizuki locations to drive profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop General Managers and restaurant teams in daily operations.
• Coach teams and enforce company standards with hands-on leadership.
• Analyze financials, labor, inventory, and sales trends to improve performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute strategic initiatives.
