Position Overview:

As a General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of multi‑unit restaurant operations. You will maintain high standards of food quality, service, and operational efficiency while fostering a positive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and quality control.
• Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional service and a welcoming dining environment.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgets, cost control, and profitability to drive financial success.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor team members to promote excellence and professional growth.
• Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate on promotions, events, and community engagement initiatives.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food safety regulations, as well as company policies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in hospitality or food service.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost management.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Passion for food, hospitality, and delivering a customer‑centric experience.
