Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee the operation of multiple restaurants across locations. You will supervise restaurant management, lead meetings, and perform store visits to ensure consistent execution of company direction and high service quality.

The role requires strong leadership and communication, a college degree or 4+ years of management experience, and a willingness to work ~55 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Willing to work a 55-hour work week (evenings and weekends).
• Strong math skills; analyze P&L data and create action plans.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total operation of multiple restaurants.
• Supervise restaurant management; conduct meetings and store visits to ensure consistency.
• Lead, advise, and counsel Restaurant Managers on decisions and problem solving.
• Conduct store reviews, certification reviews, and unannounced visits to evaluate service quality, friendliness, and cleanliness.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Perform security and safety audits and cash management duties.
• Accurately collect and process daily, weekly, and period-end paperwork.
• Analyze profitability of each restaurant; review P&L and set improvement goals.
• Assist Restaurant Managers in local store marketing.
