Job summary

Supreme Dumplings in the Greater Seattle Area is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple locations, optimize profitability, and uphold hospitality standards. This hands-on role requires frequent travel, strong coaching, and a keen eye for operations and guest experience.

You will work with the Assistant Director and Director of Operations, developing high-performing teams, reviewing P&L, labor, and costs, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience in high-volume or full-service operations.
• 2+ years of multi-unit leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop restaurant management teams.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, labor controls, budgeting and profitability improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to improve underperforming locations and drive accountability.
• Strong understanding of front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel regularly between Greater Seattle Area locations.
• Flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple Supreme Dumplings locations, drive profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Work with General Managers to ensure standards and goals.
• Lead hands-on, field-focused operations and develop high-performing teams.
• Coach and develop restaurant leaders, monitor performance, and address gaps.
• Analyze operations to identify waste and implement sustainable improvements.
