Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead and develop General Managers across multiple restaurant locations. You will guide operations to maximize sales and maintain brand standards for quality, service, and cleanliness while ensuring compliance with health regulations.

You will travel regularly to various locations, mentor managers, and drive initiatives that improve sales performance and guest satisfaction in a dynamic restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Proven food service and food safety experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective multitasking and time management abilities.
• Willingness and ability to regularly travel between restaurant locations.
• Comfortable with restaurant technology, including purchasing, scheduling, and food safety applications.
• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to General Managers to maximize sales and profitability.
• Ensure all restaurants uphold brand standards in quality, service, and cleanliness, and meet health department requirements.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and promotion processes.
• Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for sales growth through promotional or operational initiatives.
• Complete monthly operations reviews, cash and security audits, and ensure corrective actions are taken as needed.
• Drive high levels of customer satisfaction by supporting management teams and ensuring top-level hospitality.
