AdviniaCare is seeking a Regional Director of Respiratory Therapy to oversee Rhode Island and Massachusetts facilities, with a focus on ensuring exceptional respiratory care for patients and residents. The role requires strong clinical leadership and a commitment to patient-centered care and cultural change.

You will lead the respiratory therapy teams, guide daily operations, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality improvement initiatives across sites.

Qualifications

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist (state license)
• 5+ years of experience in respiratory therapy (vents, tracheostomies, stomas, decannulation)
• Demonstrated leadership or management experience overseeing teams or facilities
• Strong clinical knowledge in respiratory care with patient-centered focus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of RI and MA facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the respiratory therapy team
• Develop strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmissions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient charts and records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and mentoring programs
• Develop and manage budgets for respiratory therapy services
