Job summary

AdviniaCare is seeking a Regional Director of Clinical Operations to oversee clinical operations across Rhode Island facilities. You will lead Directors of Nursing, ensure survey readiness, and drive policy implementation with the executive team.

The role requires an active Rhode Island RN license, CPR/BLS certification, and at least 3 years in skilled nursing management. Travel between facilities is expected, with a focus on maintaining high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Rhode Island.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree accepted.
• CPR/BLS certified.
• Minimum of 3 years in skilled nursing management/long term care.
• Current experience with Point Click Care.
• Knowledge of infection control practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and mentoring to facility Directors of Nursing.
• Conduct routine clinical audits and ensure survey preparedness.
• Travel between facilities in Rhode Island.
• Manage daily tasks, prioritizing patient flow and admissions/discharges.
• Troubleshoot care issues and manage difficult family situations, and implement new policies.
• Provide in-service education as needed.
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement policies and procedures.
