AdviniaCare is seeking a Regional Director of Respiratory Therapy to oversee Rhode Island and Massachusetts facilities, focusing on Rhode Island Respiratory and Rehab Managed by AdviniaCare. The role ensures high-quality respiratory care and drives patient-centered outcomes.

You will lead the respiratory therapy teams, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, mentor staff, and partner with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans and improve readmissions.

Qualifications

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist with current credentials.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in respiratory therapy.
• Proven leadership and management experience overseeing teams and facilities.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Rhode Island and Massachusetts facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance and industry standards.
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the respiratory therapy team, fostering a culture of learning and improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmissions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans for patients and residents.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient charts and records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and mentoring programs.
• Develop and manage budgets for respiratory therapy services.
