Oversee the daily operations of Rhode Island and Massachusetts facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the respiratory therapy team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes, reduce readmissions, and enhance the overall quality of care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are developed and implemented for patients and residents
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient charts and records

Develop and manage budgets for respiratory therapy services, ensuring efficient use of resources
Licensed Respiratory Therapist
5+ years of experience in respiratory therapy, with a focus on vents, tracheostomies, stomas, and decannulation
Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with experience in overseeing teams and facilities
Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in respiratory care, with a focus on patient-centered care and cultural change
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
