Baxter International Inc. is seeking a regional sales leader for the Respiratory Health division. You will develop annual regional plans, lead sales activities, and manage a team of Account Executives and Clinical Specialists across several states with substantial travel.

Strong leadership and healthcare sales experience are required. This role offers a base salary range of $152,000 to $170,000 plus incentive opportunities. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in top-level medical device or healthcare sales.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in sales.
• Proven ability to hire, develop and manage a sales team.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and present effectively.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication; strong analytics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license.

• Meets or exceeds regional sales quotas.
• Develops comprehensive annual regional strategic plans.
• Leads regional sales activities for RH division and aligns with policies.
• Manages a team of Account Executives and Clinical Specialists.
• Partners with AVPs and Sales leadership to drive policies and strategies.
• Builds relationships with internal operations and support functions to maximize profitability.
• Adheres to company and regulatory policies and participates in process improvements.
