Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an AMA approved respiratory program.
• Five (5) years Director-level experience in healthcare.
• Two (2) years healthcare experience, preferably in a sales environment.
• Two (2) years of management experience is required.
• Valid and unrestricted RT license in all states served by the branch.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
• Direct the clinical services department and staff.
• Maintain compliant department operations with accrediting bodies and regulations.
• Observe and evaluate treatment effect and recommend changes to physician.
• Develop teaching plans and evaluate staff learning.
• Provide education to staff on performance improvement.
• Serve as liaison between administration, patients, physicians, and other providers.
• Maintain records and prepare reports on utilization, performance, and budgets.
• Ensure safe patient discharge planning and transitions home.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and PPE/hazardous materials knowledge.
