Job summary

Novant Health is seeking a PNRT RN to join the Regional Resource Team, delivering safe nursing care across a region with multi-site assignments. You will rotate through units to meet patient needs and support facilities within the Charlotte, Triad, or Coastal regions.

PNRT RNs bring expertise in medical/surgical, telemetry, critical care, ED, or women's services; you will mentor nurses, participate in professional development, and adopt Novant Health systems for seamless care delivery.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and effective communication are required.
• Ability to interpret patient needs and age-specific care requirements.
• Completion of department skills validation and competency testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, continuous quality patient care across multiple units.
• Work within 5–6 locations in a defined region (Charlotte, Triad, or Coastal).
• Mentor and share knowledge with other nurses and colleagues.
