Job summary

Novant Health seeks a Professional Nursing Resource Team (PNRT) RN for night shift in the Regional Float Pool. The RN will cover 5–6 locations across the Charlotte, Triad, or Coastal regions, delivering safe, continuous care and mentoring clinical staff.

Ideal candidates hold an ADN with BSN preferred, compact state license, and a strong foundation in patient care, communication, critical thinking, and teamwork. This role supports Novant Health’s mission of remarkable care.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Current compact licensure in appropriate state.
• Ability to work across multiple units within a defined region.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, continuous quality patient care across medical/surgical, telemetry, critical care, ED or women's services.
• Function as part of Regional Resource Team and rotate through 5–6 locations in defined region.
• Mentor clinical nurses and share best practices across teams.
