Job summary

Novant Health in North Carolina is seeking a PNRT RN to join the Regional Resource Team. You will provide safe, continuous patient care across multiple units and be assigned to 5-6 locations within the region (Charlotte, Triad, or Coastal) during your shift.

PNRT RNs are seasoned, proficient nurses who mentor others and help advance nursing practice while using Novant Health systems, technology, and workflows. A strong commitment to professional standards and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• ADN is required; BSN preferred.
• Consecutive experience in Med/Surg, Tele, Critical Care, ED or Women's.
• Current compact licensure in the appropriate state.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, continuous quality patient care across multiple units.
• Rotate across regional facilities as part of the PNRT RN team.
• Mentor clinical nurses and share best practices to advance care.
