Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires ADN or BSN; 2 year/associate degree required; BSN preferred.
• Current compact licensure in the appropriate state.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to think critically and use computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, continuous quality patient care across multiple units within a region.
• Be assigned to 5–6 locations in a defined region (Charlotte, Triad, or Coastal) to meet patient care needs.
• Serve as a consultant and mentor to clinical nurses and share lessons across teams.
