Job summary

Novant Health is seeking a Regional PNRT RN to provide safe, continuous patient care across multiple units within a regional pool. This role requires working evenings to nights and rotating across 5–6 locations in the Charlotte, Triad, or Coastal regions.

You will mentor staff, support adherence to standards, and participate in clinical ladder opportunities. The RN must hold an active compact license, meet education requirements, and have experience in Med Surg, Tele, Critical Care, ED or

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN required/preferred.
• Current compact licensure in appropriate state.
• Experience in defined specialties (Med Surg, Tele, Critical Care, ED or Women's).
• NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions within 3 months of hire (ED/Behavioral Health).
• Specialty Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, continuous quality patient care across multiple units within a region.
• Serve as consultants and mentors to clinical nurses and share lessons across teams.
• Adapt to assignments in 5–6 locations within a defined region.
