Job summary

Novant Health in North Carolina is seeking a Professional Nursing Resource Team RN to join the Regional Float Pool. You will provide safe, continuous patient care across multiple units within a defined region, working at 5-6 locations including Charlotte, Triad or Coastal as needed.

The PNRT RN role requires current licensure, ADN with BSN preferred, and strong customer service, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred within timeframe.
• Current compact licensure in the appropriate state.
• Experience in medical/surgical, telemetry, critical care, ED or women's health.
• Ability to complete skills validation and competency testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, continuous quality patient care across multiple units within a region.
• Be assigned to 5-6 locations within Charlotte, Triad, or Coastal regions.
